Recognized for his dedication to excellence and authentic hospitality, Cleveland has built a reputation for creating exceptional guest experiences through culinary innovation, meaningful relationships, and an unwavering attention to detail.

With more than 30 years of culinary experience, Chef José Gomez brings passion, creativity, and precision to every dish he creates. His distinguished career includes work with renowned culinary institutions and venues such as Granita Malibu, Spago Beverly Hills, The 191 Club, the Georgia Aquarium, and the acclaimed Wolfgang Puck Catering. Trained by respected chefs throughout his career, Chef Gomez is known for blending bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and timeless techniques. Caleb Russell represents the next generation of culinary talent at Olive & Oak Catering. Inspired and mentored by his father, a third-generation chef, Caleb developed an early appreciation for the artistry, culture, and discipline behind exceptional food. Bringing creativity, enthusiasm, and a fresh perspective to the team, he contributes innovative ideas and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. As he continues to grow in the culinary field, Caleb is studying under the guidance of Chef Gomez, working toward his goal of becoming a chef while honing his skills and deepening his understanding of the craft
